Returns and cancellations

I gladly accept returns and cancellations with the following criteria.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

I don’t accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food, flowers, beauty, skincare)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
All sales are final unless the products arrive damaged or are supplied incorrectly.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.


Please pay using PayPal. You can use your credit card through the PayPal website.


Domestic Orders:
We ship all orders within 3 business days after purchase (1-2 days during the December holiday rush) via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

International Orders:
Please contact me and I will research the shipping costs to your area.

All of our handmade products are crafted using the finest ingredients. We list all ingredients on each product listing. Please be sure to review the ingredients before you purchase. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction or skin irritations or sensitivities. We make no claims to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical conditions. By purchasing you agree to use these products at your own risk.
